Case Study: N’Osairis
N’Osairis with its founder Stalin Vijaya Kamaraj, are Turbochargers from the pioneer class of Cradle Turbocharge 2012. While the potential of their communications technology was clear, as an emerging brand they were held back by an unfavourable brand tie-up with a larger partner which was putting pressure on their investor to exit.
Action points from the bootcamp included an internal branding campaign targeted to the staff of their partner to increase brand awareness and affinity. Secondly, they were to renegotiate their tie-up to be performance based to hold the partner more accountable.
Since then, N’Osairis has grown through leaps and bounds as a player in the Internet of Things (IoT) space and a TiE50 Top-Startup Silicon Valley 2016 winner. Stalin himself was personally recognised as a finalist of the EY Entrepreneur of the Year Awards in 2016.
